We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, company information (DOT number, MC number, EIN), truck and driver details, load data, fuel entries, expenses, and other operational data you enter into Rolling Line. We also collect usage data such as pages visited and features used.
We use your information to provide and improve the Rolling Line platform, send you important account notifications, generate reports and calculations (IFTA, tax summaries, profit dashboards), sync data with third-party services you connect (such as QuickBooks), and respond to your support requests.
Your data is stored securely on Railway PostgreSQL databases and Cloudflare R2 for file storage. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Authentication is handled by Clerk, a SOC 2 certified identity provider.
Rolling Line integrates with the following third-party services: Clerk (authentication), Railway (database hosting), Cloudflare R2 (file storage), Resend (email delivery), QuickBooks Online (accounting sync, optional), and Anthropic (AI assistant). Each service has its own privacy policy governing their data practices.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We only share your data with third-party services as necessary to operate Rolling Line, as described above, or when required by law.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can export your data from the Rolling Line dashboard or contact us to request deletion of your account and associated data.
Rolling Line uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notification.
