By accessing or using Rolling Line, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. Rolling Line is operated by Madmar Labs LLC.
Rolling Line is a web-based business management platform for owner-operators and small trucking fleets. The service includes load tracking, IFTA reporting, fuel and expense management, compliance tools, driver settlements, tax summaries, and an AI driver assistant.
You must create an account to use Rolling Line. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
Rolling Line offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
The free tier is limited to 5 loads per month and does not include the AI driver assistant. We reserve the right to modify free tier limitations at any time.
You agree not to use Rolling Line for any unlawful purpose, to upload malicious code or files, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, to resell or redistribute the service without permission, or to use the service in a way that could damage or impair it.
Your use of Rolling Line is governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you enter into the platform. You grant Madmar Labs LLC a license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
The AI driver assistant provides general information and calculations based on data you provide. It is not a substitute for professional legal, tax, or financial advice. Always verify important calculations with a qualified professional.
Rolling Line is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that IFTA, tax, or financial calculations will be accurate for your specific situation.
Madmar Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Rolling Line, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or tax penalties.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Rolling Line after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
